• 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
• 1 clove garlic (minced)
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 50 g breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp mustard (preferably Dijon or German mustard)
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp dried marjoram
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
• Boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes
• Creamy mustard sauce or German potato salad
• Fresh parsley for garnish
