Ingredients

• 1 Bell & Evans Whole Spatchcock Chicken
• 1 TB Honey
• 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
• 2 tsp Kosher salt, plus more, to taste
• 1 Lemon, zested
• 2 tsp Chopped fresh rosemary
• 2 tsp Chopped fresh tarragon, plus more for garnish
• 1 lb Baby red potatoes, halved
• 3 medium Carrots, peeled and cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces
• 2 medium Parsnips, peeled and cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces
• 8 oz. Radishes, halved
• 1 TB Olive oil
• Black pepper, to taste
• 1/2 bunch Asparagus, ends trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces
