Ingredients

• 1 cup cornstarch
• approx. 1-litre vegetable oil, for deep frying
• 250 g button mushrooms, halved
• 2 chicken breasts, diced
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 cup water
• ¾ cup self-raising flour
• ¼ cup cornstarch
• 1 tbsp curry powder
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp American mustard
• ½ cup tomato sauce cup ketchup
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp malt vinegar
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
