Ingredients

• 3 tbsp (45 mL) local Ontario unsalted butter, melted
• 2 cups (500 mL) local Ontario whipping cream, divided
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) local Ontario sour cream
• 1 cup (250 mL) graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) granulated sugar
• 3/4 lb (375 g) peaches, divided
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
• 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) salt
• 1/2 can (150 mL) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) icing sugar
