- 2 tsp. crushed Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 tsp. sea salt flakes
- 20-24 raw prawns, shells removed (leave a few tail shells intact for the top)

- 1 medium red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 medium green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 bunch spring onions, finely sliced on the diagonal
- 150-200g sugar snap peas or mangetout, finely shredded
- 500 g spahetti
