• Thai basil
• Toasted rice powder
• Gem lettuce
• Julienne tomatoes
• Bean sprouts
• Scallions
• Fried crispy shallot
• Cooked and sliced shrimp
• Toasted dried shrimp
• Crushed toasted peanuts
• 1 gallon Zip-Loc “extra strength” bags
