Ingredients
- 100g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 175g Mincemeat
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 100g natural yoghurt
- Zest of 1 clementine/orange
- ½ tsp vanilla extract/vanilla bean paste
- 100g icing sugar
- ¼ tsp mixed spice
- 2-3 tbsp Grand Marnier/Brandy/Cointreau
