• 3 eggplants
• 3 white potatoes

• 6 -8 ounces tomato paste

• 2 1/2 teaspoons butter
• 2 1/2 teaspoons flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 3 dashes nutmeg
• 3 dashes white pepper
• 2 cups whole milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 egg yolk
