Durant at Red Ridge Farms | Olive Oil & Citrus Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp Durant Olive Mill EVOO, for the pan
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 pinch salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 ¼ cups sugar
• 1 cup Durant Orange Fused Olive Oil (See Note)
• ½ cup whole Milk
• 2 tbsp brandy
• 2 tbsp orange liqueur, we used Cointreau
• 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
• 1 tbsp grated orange zest
• ½ cup fresh orange juice
