• 1 pound Italian sausage
• 2 cans tomato sauce
• 2 tsp dried Italian herbs
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp red hot pepper flakes
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 500 gram about 18 oz bag fusilli noodles
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• Chopped fresh parsley
