High Altitude Pumpkin Coconut Cake

• 1 lb cream cheese softened
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 cup buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup flaked coconut
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 1/2 + 2 tbsp cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup pumpkin cooked or canned
• 3 cups confectioners sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 cup flaked coconut for garnish
• 1/2 cup butter softened
• 6 oz butter
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 3 eggs
