Pineapple Kugel
Kugel is a sweet baked noodle pudding or casserole, classic of Eastern European Jewish cuisine. This sweet version uses Unsweetened Pineapple Rings to create a natural fruit crust.

- 1 1/4 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract, Bourbon Madagascar
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Korintje Cinnamon
- 6 Unsweetened Dried Pineapple Rings , rehydrated
- Maraschino Cherries, optional, for garnish
