• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 yellow onion diced
• 2 garlic cloves minced
• 2 portabella mushrooms cleaned and sliced
• 2 cups caybellla mushrooms chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
• 2 teaspoons worcestershire
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1 1/2 cups vegetable stock
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon italian parsley chopped
