Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups starter
• 1 1/2 cups bread flour
• 1 tbsp. powdered milk
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 rounded tsp. active dry yeast (bread machine yeast)
• 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, cut in four pieces
