• 1/4 teaspoon Alderwood Smoked Salt
• 1 tablespoon Khmeli Suneli , ground
• 1 teaspoon Hungarian Paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Tellicherry Peppercorn
• 1/2 cup sour cream, full-fat
• 1 tablespoon roasted walnut oil
• 8 oz. wide egg noodles, cooked
