• 3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil
• 1 large onion thinly sliced
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 cup (250 mL) sliced mushrooms
• 1 1/4 cup (315 mL) sour cream
• salt and pepper to taste
• chopped fresh parsley for garnish
