Ingredients
- 170g soft unsalted butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream
- 2 Matcha Spoons (more can be added if desired!)
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Option 1 = 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder + 1/8 cup powdered sugar
- Option 2 = Honey Whipped Cream (3/4 cup whipped cream + 2 tablespoons honey)
