- icing sugar, to aid rolling

- 625ml (2½ cups) chocolate ice
- cream, slightly defrosted
- 145g strawberries, chopped + extra, to serve
- <h3>STRAWBERRY SAUCE</h3>
- 210g strawberry jam
- 5ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
- 15ml (1 tbsp) cocoa powder, to dust
- sweetened whipped cream, to serve
- handful fresh mint leaves, to garnish
