• 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
• 0.50 cup onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
• 2 cups milk
• 2 tbsp flour
• 2 tsp chicken flavored instant bouillon
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 0.75 lb cooked ham, cubed
• 1 (10 oz.) frozen green peas, thawed
