Ingredients

• 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Zest of one lemon, finely grated
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 pre-made graham cracker pie shell
• 6 peaches, pitted, peeled and sliced
• 1/4 cup peach preserves or orange marmalade
