• Ground Cumin – 2 tsp
• Vegetable Oil – 1/3 cup
• Sesame Oil – 2 tblsp
• Rocket Leaves or Lettuce Leaves – 200 gms

• Soft Brown Sugar – 1 tblsp
• Fish Sauce – 2 1/2 tblsp (optional)
• Tomatoes – 2, large, deseeded and finely diced
• Salad Onion – 1, large, finely diced
• Red Chilli – 1, small, deseeded and finely chopped
• Garlic Cloves – 2, finely chopped
• Basil Leaves – 1/2 cup, chopped
• Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup, chopped
• Black Pepper – ground, as required
