Vegan Pasta Al Pesto | Food-e-Land
Vegan pesto is one of my favorite and the best pasta You can serve with are tagliatelle.This particular mix of green leaves is needed for specific flavour of my pesto.
Ingredients
- 1 packet of tagliatelle pasta
- 1 bunch fresh basil (use only leaves)
- A handful of fresh rocket
- A few spinach leaves
- 150 ml olive oil
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- black pepper coarse
- salt
