Golden-Bronzed Salami and Cheese Calzones

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
• 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 1/2 tablespoon of sea salt
• 1 pound of prepared pizza dough
• 2 slices of Provolone Cheese, quartered
• 1 cup of pizza sauce
• 1/2 tablespoon of freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 pound of Eckrich Hard Salami, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup of pickled banana peppers, drained and sliced
• 1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese
