Name: Sheet Pan Chicken Sausages & Veggies - Gilbert's Craft Sausages
Ingredients: 3/4 cup small potatoes; 1 pack (4 links) of Gilbert's Sausages (we used Fig & Feta here, cut in thirds); 3 carrots (peeled and sliced up); 1/2 a yellow onion (sliced); 4 garlic cloves (minced); 1- 2 cups each: broccoli and cauliflower, a couple small beets (peeled and cut in halves or fourths); 1- 2 tbsp Everything But The Bagel seasoning; You will also need a few drizzles of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
