Lindsay’s Oat Bread – Turley Hill

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp butter
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 1/2 cup oats
• 4 1/2 tsp yeast
• 1 tbsp salt
• 6 cups bread flour (1.5 cups sprouted flour and 4 1/2 bread flour)
