Oat n Honey Bread
Oat n Honey Bread recipe: This homemade bread is delicious. I use the bread machine to knead and rise the dough and then I place it in a bread tin and bake it in the oven.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 cup buttermilk (sour cream)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C) warm
- 2 tablespoons Honey
