Ingredients

• 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
• 1 lb (500 g) veal strips
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 tsp (10 mL) chili powder
• 1 tsp (5 mL) ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
• Half each sweet red and green pepper, cut into strips
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) lime juice
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) smokey chipotle sauce (optional)
