Prawn Tostadas with a marie rose drizzle | Mutti Recipe

Ingredients

• 250 ml mayonnaise (1 cup)
• 3 tbsp Mutti Double Concentrated Tomato Puree
• Juice of ½ a lemon
• 6 drops Tabasco (optional)
• 1 pack of 10 small corn tortillas
• Olive oil for brushing
• 1 pack king prawns
• 1 lime juice and zest
• 1 Red chilli (finely chopped (to taste))
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• Olive oil for drizzling
• Salt /pepper (to taste)
• Pickled red onion
• 10 stems fresh coriander
• 2 lime wedges
• 1 avocado (sliced)
