• 1 cup grated carrot
• 160 ml vegetable oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ½ cup raisins
• 4 oz light cream cheese
• 3 tbs softened butter
• 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
• 2 tsp lemon juice
