• 8 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
• 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
• 1 red onion (chopped)
• 1 onion (medium, chopped)
• 2 heads iceberg lettuce (chopped)
• 4 tomatoes (chopped)
• 2 avocados (chopped)
• 2 ounces black olives (chopped)
• 1 bag tortilla chips (crumbled)
• 1 8- ounce bottle oil and vinegar salad dressing
