• 400 g Cooked SuperValu Chicken
• 75 g Peanuts preferably unsalted
• 1 pinch Pepper
• 0.5 - Red Pepper half only, finely chopped
• 1 pinch Salt
• 50 g Smooth Peanut Butter
• 1 handfull SuperValu Fresh Coriander plus extra to serve
• 1 - SuperValu Fresh Ginger 2.5 cm in length, peeled and chopped
• 150 ml Greek Yoghurt
• 1 - Lime juice of half only
• 2 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
• 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Coriander chopped
