Carrot & Coriander Soup

Ingredients

• 300 g carrots - tops cut off, roughly chopped 1-2 cm
• Fresh coriander- small handful
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 thick strip of orange rind (peel off with vegetable peeler)
• 2 cm piece of ginger- peeled
• 1 small onion -peeled and quartered
• 1 tbsp millet or rice
• 1 tbsp butter
• 300 ml stock
• 1 tsp sugar
• Salt
• ground black pepper
• 100 ml fresh milk
