• 1 bunch(es) green onions, chopped
• 1/2 large bell pepper, chopped
• 1 medium shallot chopped
• 2 teaspoon(s) lemon pepper(no salt added)
• 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Kosher salt
• 1 medium lemon (zest & juice)
• 1/2-1 pint(s) grape tomatoes halved
• 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) chopped chive
• 1-1 1/2 cup(s) shredded romano cheese
• 1/2-3/4 cup(s) pan drippings from baked chicken (or use chicken broth)
