Ingredients
- 10-flat bottom waffle cones
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 1/3 c. unsweet cocoa powder
- 1 3/4 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick), cut into pieces, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 recipe Creamy Frosting (see below)
- 6 T. butter (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 T. heavy cream
- 3/4 tsp. Vanilla
- Food coloring (optional)
- 3 oz. Unsweet chocolate, chopped (optional)
