• 1 cup applesauce (or mashed banana)
• 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 cup jam (strawberry, raspberry, or any other fruit jam)
