- 1 cup CSR Caster Sugar
- ½ cup CSR Golden Syrup
- 2 extra large eggs
- 2 cups White Wings plain flour
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground allspice
- 250ml warm milk
- 1 tsp bi-carbonate of soda
- 300g butter, diced and softened
- 2 x 250g packet CSR Vanilla Buttercream Icing mixture
- 1½ tbsp water
