Polidori Sausage and Apple Stuffing - Polidori Sausage

Ingredients

• 1 lb. Sourdough bread (cubed)
• 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
• 1 lb Polidori Mild Italian Sausage (removed from casings)
• 1 1/2 cup Onion (finely diced)
• 2 cup Celery (chopped)
• 2 cup Granny Smith apples (peeled and chopped to 1/2" pieces)
• 4 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted)
• 1 cup Chicken or vegetable stock
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper
• 1 tbsp Dried parsley (or 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley)
• 3 large Eggs (beaten)
