• 2 medium stalks of chopped celery
• 1 small chopped onion
• 1 medium Granny Smith apple chopped into bite size bits
• 1 tbsp sage
• 2 medium sprigs of thyme
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• 1 tsp salt

• 8 cup bread cubes
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 cup chicken stock
• 3 medium Italian sausages, casings removed
