Cottage Pie recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• Add in 4 liquidised tomatoes 🍅 and ¼ can tomato 🍅 puree.
• Add in: 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 2 teaspoon crushed chillies
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• Add ½ cup milk or fresh cream and simmer on low for 15 minutes.
• Alternatively u cud add in 1 kg chicken mince washed and drained with above spices and 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli garlic paste.
• Add Spaghetti 2 casserole dish
