Cottage Pie recipe by Bint

Ingredients

• 2 large potatoes – boiled
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 12,5 ml butter
• 1 onion – sliced
• fresh dhania (coriander) chopped
• 12,5 ml milk
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• ½ cup cheddar cheese grated
• ½ cup mozzarella cheese grated
• WHITE SAUCE:
• 10ml butter
• 10ml flour
• 2 cups milk (warm)
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 50 ml oil
• 500g mince
• 2 green chillies – chopped
• 2 teaspoon chillie powder
• 2 teaspoon ground garlic
• 1 small tomatoe grated
• 2 cups pasta
