Deconstructed Cottage Pie recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
• 2 teaspoon chilli 🌶 powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo @purespice_sa
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• Add in chopped robot peppers 🌶
• White sauce:
• Add 2 tablespoon flour
• Add in 2 cups milk. Whisk till thick. Add in salt 🧂 pepper and mixed herbs 🌿
• Sprinkle lots of cheese 🧀
