Ingredients

• 2 packages ground turkey
• 1/2 onion chopped
• 1 egg
• 1 cup zucchini chopped
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 Tbsp chopped dill
• 1 Tbsp oregano
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 cup small baby potatoes chopped
• 2 peppers sliced
• 1 zucchini sliced into rounds
• 1 onion diced
• olive oil
• salt/pepper
• 1 cucumber chopped
• Tzatziki sauce I used Cedars, already prepared
• feta cheese
