• 1 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon mace
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoon grated orange zest
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup sweet potato, cooked, peeled and mashed
