• 1/4 pound beef round roast, chopped
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 3 cups water
• 2 cups winter squash, cubed (or 2 cups cabbage)
• 1/2 cup onions, chopped
• 1 stalk celery
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
• 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional)
• 1/4 cup macaroni, uncooked
• 1 large tomato, chopped
• 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
