Ingredients

• 800 g chopped tomatoes
• 2 pack coriander, stalks finely chopped, leaves roughly shredded
• 2 onion
• 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 2 ginger
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 2 cooked basmati rice
• 4 tsp garam masala
• 2 tsp ground paprika
• 800 g kidney beans, in water
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
