Ingredients

• 100 ml olive oil
• 1 large onion
• 2 spring onions
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 potatoes
• 1 carrot
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 kg green beans
• 400 g chopped tomatoes
• 300 ml hot water
• ½ tbsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• ½ bunch parsley
