Burgenland broccoli soup - Bocken Recipes

Ingredients

• 400 g Potatoes, starchy
• 50 g Butter
• 500 g Broccoli
• 700 mL Vegetable bouillon or <a href=chicken-stock>chicken stock</a>
• 1 tsp Marjoram, dried
• 1 tsp Pepper, freshly ground
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 Garlic clove
• 125 mL Cream
• 0.5 tsp Mustard (not too much!)
