• 1 cup thinly-sliced red onion
• 4 slices plant based bacon, crumbled
• 1/2 cup dried cherries
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 Gala apple, sliced thin
• 1/2 Granny Smith apple, sliced thin
• 1/2 pear, sliced thin
• 2 oz. blue cheese or feta, crumbled
