Quick Holiday Meals–Tomato Bisque Soup – Little Shop of Colors

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 cup flour
• 4 cups milk
• 1 28-oz. can diced tomatoes
• 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
• 1 1/2 cups prepared bloody Mary mix (I used Mrs. T’s bloody Mary mix)
• 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons pepper
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 cups heavy cream
