• 2 tbsp butter
• 45 g caster sugar or wheat flour
• 5 red apples, preferably tart
• 45 g of caster sugar
• 2 tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
• 250 g mascarpone
• 200 ml whipped cream
• 60 g icing sugar
• juice of half a lemon, optional
• 65 g hazelnuts, plus additional for decorating
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
